2009-02-24 [Pnelma Tirian]: It is the beginning of the colonial era in Africa, if you're asking about the political climate. If you mean where are we technology-wise, keep in mind there are derigibles and biplanes and sky pirates and ether-based weapons. :)

2009-02-24 [Trennas]: more for research in general actually ^^ what would play and be important in such times :) could also be very handy when it comes to creating villains :)
